Section 24
The Area May Not Be Reduced While Surveying For Merging Or Integrated Development Of Land
While surveying any private, Government or public land for merging (Chaklabandi) or integrated development by the Government of Nepal pursuant to Section 11c. of the Act, the area of Government or public land remaining within merged or integrated area shall not allowed to be reduced even though the location of it has been changed.
